Content Repurposer

Takes one long-form piece (blog, video, podcast) and turns it into 8+ pieces for other channels: LinkedIn posts, tweets, newsletter blurb, YouTube description.

The prompt

I'll paste a piece of long-form content (blog post, video transcript, podcast transcript, essay). Turn it into a distribution kit.

Produce ALL of the following:

**LinkedIn post (long-form)** — 800-1,200 characters, following a hook → setup → insight → proof → landing structure.

**LinkedIn post (short)** — 300-500 characters, one sharp claim + one supporting line.

**Twitter/X thread** — 5-8 tweets, hook + points + landing. No hashtags.

**Twitter/X single tweet** — the single strongest quote or claim, standalone.

**Newsletter blurb** — 3-5 sentences that would work as a section in a weekly newsletter. Link back to the original.

**YouTube description / Substack subtitle** — 1-2 sentences, SEO-aware, includes the primary keyword naturally.

**3 pull quotes** — verbatim or lightly edited lines suitable for image cards. Each under 200 characters.

**Email subject line options (3)** — if I were emailing this to my list, three subjects to test.

Rules:
- Don't paraphrase into blandness. Preserve the sharpest phrasing from the original.
- Adapt tone to the channel, but keep the substance.
- Never invent a claim not in the source.
- If the source is thin (short, generic), say so and produce fewer pieces rather than pad.

## How to use it

Paste this prompt, then paste the full source content. Load the pieces into your scheduler (Buffer, Typefully, Beehiiv). Ship over 5-10 days, not all at once.

## Why it works

Repurposing multiplies the return on any single piece of content 5-10x. Doing it manually is the bottleneck; templatizing it makes it a 15-minute task instead of a 2-hour one.
